Indoor Air Quality problems may arise from one or more of the following causes: Indoor environment - inadequate temperature, humidity, poor air circulation, ventilation system issues. Indoor air contaminants - chemicals, pet dander or air borne waste, dusts, molds or fungi, bacteria, gases, vapors, odors. Poor indoor air quality can also be caused by insufficient outdoor air intake. Poor Indoor Air Quality can weaken the immune system.
Heavily processed foods are often high in sugar, fat salt and empty calories. Consuming lots of these foods has long been linked to an increased risk of a wide variety of health problems that can lead to heart disease or an early grave, such as obesity, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, cancer and depression.
