Answering Your Questions: Best Omega Meat, What Multi Vitamin, plus more
All you need to know about Biblical healthy eating Tips and guidelines on omega 3 meat sources, kidney diet food list, weight loss advice, and more!
Today’s Q&A episode #11 is packed with so many interesting topics – all about Biblical healthy eating – which you will learn more about.
These are the questions you’ve asked and my answers to these:
1. As far as omega 3 and overall nutritional value; how does Longhorn compare to Bison meat? (Brew Blaster)
2. Can you recommend multiple vitamins for seniors? I am 72 and eat a low carb diet. I am gluten sensitive and eat lots of veggies and chicken and eggs. I have a genetic heart condition and am on several meds every day. I hate them but take them to prevent more heart attacks. I have had several and three surgeries. To look at me, I don’t look sick at all. I live alone and do all my own chores and cooking and am very content with my life. Love your style of teaching. Thanks. (Maggie)
The only brand of multivitamins that I trust is Amare. I highly recommend this brand to all my coaching clients, and I take these personally, too.
3. What is the best kidney diet for optimal kidney health? What’re the best foods for the kidney?. Thank you. (JM)
4. I’m 33 and struggling with many health issues as well. Autoimmune disease, thyroid dysfunction, chronic fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, PCOS, skin issues, digestive issues, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, inflammation etc.. plus depression, anxiety, addiction and so much more! But I’m inviting God into my life and health journey. I’ve been trying to lose weight and get healthier for more than a decade. I lost 50 lbs but it was partly due to stress and undereating in the end, not just my workouts and diet. I started off well but it ended with replacing meals for alcohol at one point. I’m praying and asking God to help me eat the right foods for me and exercise to a degree that’s enough for me to get healthy and lose this inflammatory toxic 45% body fat. Fasting has come up so much for me lately and I feel God is calling me to fast. I’ve been practicing with alternating fasting of low-calorie days (800 calories) and I will keep trying and see what God calls me to do. (Byebyebelly)
I hope you learned from today’s episode on Biblical Healthy Eating. As always, I’m glad to serve you God’s recipe for excellent health!
