Today's Message From Eric
So, how does food make you feel. Remember, this week is about internal observation.
1) Do not eliminate any foods that you were previously eating. Even if you feel like you want them less than before, please stick with it and force some of those foods down.
2) Notice which of the 6 hungers are getting quiet now. It is very likely that your thirst-as-hunger feelings are fading away with the all the water you are drinking. It is also likely that any feelings of nutritional hunger will be reduced or eliminated because of all the extra fruit and veggies.
Keep up the great work. The more effort you put into the first few weeks of the program, the longer lasting change you can create!

Bonus Information
As you move through this week with the extra hydration and extra nutrition you might find your old cravings and habits fading a bit or, even, fading away. Even so, please make sure that you do not cut any foods out until we ask you to. This is important.
By eating some of those foods now, while your body is so full of water and nutrients, you will get much better feedback about how those foods really taste and how they really make you feel.
