Framing is a psychological behavior of cognitive biases that we do not realize we have, affecting pretty much everything we do and consider and hold an opinion on in our lives. These internal biases can sometimes be viewpoints we have had from an early age. The older we get, the harder it is to realize these biases and therefore generate a desire to change them.
In this episode, we'll discuss frames, where they come from and how they affect us in our lives, and how to stay open to changing frames on the journey.
