#110 Wish from Wish List Construction joins us and we get talking how he got started late in life
Wish was a metal fabricator and one day the writing was on the wall and he say his termination, worried Wish had no idea what to do next but quickly realized he can do some handyman work until he figures out his next move. Go figure, he got his first job a week after being fired and the work has not stopped. Wish was in his late 40’s when this all happened and with the help of a government program, the SEB Supplement Employment Benefit program that is still active today during these difficult Covid times. Wish learned a lot during that SEB program on how to set up a business.
Wish has always been realistic and honest with his clients and has always stayed that way and he has built a solid list of clients and client referrals. Wish ahs been very lucking finding employees that care and want to learn and help build his business, most of his employees over the 12 years have been from post schooling and the word got out. Right now Wish has a solid team and looking to hand the torch over to one of his team members, Wish has an exit strategy and that is where his lead hand, Sean will take over.
