Having a morning routine isn't about what I do, it's about understanding what ALL of our bodies do and what parts of morning routines make sense for all of us because we are humans and what parts are unique and get to be differentiated because we are not meant to be the SAME and to do everything the same.
Listen in to what your body is actually doing in the morning so that you can move WITH it and get the most out of your natural energy flow and move into better and better health.
