"I feel that it's each and every one of us has duty to make some sort of positive impact collectively for the benefit of others come back at the people that have impacted me in my life and also drawing from the current situations. I like to look at ways people can inspire and lift rather than bring people down through fear. Because then we can fear this neighbour, but none of us really knows how long we're here for. But there's actually a gift in that because if we can transcend fear, and instead think, think as we wake up every day life, what do I have to offer? What What do you want from me and it doesn't mean that you have to do something massive. So an example of making an impact is a kind word,
a kind glance, something, someone's had a bad day and everyone's been horrible to them, and you're the one person that's kind to them. That has an impact. There's so many ways but we'll cover this in today's podcast. "
