In the spiritual world, as we seek fulfillment and alignment with self we are taught to release judgment. We work to let judgment go and to lean into compassion, understanding, acceptance and love.

What I’ve found is that people tend to give their power away in the process of releasing it.

This is NOT a good thing.

Although judgment holds us back, is a biased view, and always carries a negative energy causing more unfulfilling situations to perpetuate into our life, discernment is crucial.

Discernment allows us to have a deeper understanding of the truth while still maintaining boundaries, compassion, aligned choices and success.

In this episode of The Carrie Cardozo Podcast I help you to understand how detrimental judgment is to yourself, your business and your future while guiding you to see just how beneficial using your discernment is.
