Ian Craig passionate educator in the field of nutrition and health. He is the co-author of Wholesome Nutrition (with Rachel Jesson) and is the creator of the 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition and 21 Day Health Challenge online courses. As co-founder of the Nutritional Institute, Ian is a nutritional therapy practitioner, based in Johannesburg. His client base ranges from chronic health cases, such as autoimmunity, through recreational and elite athletes, to sports and lifestyle induced low-grade chronic fatigue syndrome.
