What You Need to Know About Adoption Leave and Adoption Pay!

I hope you are having a positive employment rights week. 

This week we continue our series, looking in detail at the different types of paid and unpaid leave that you may be entitled to receive.  In this week’s episode we take a look at what you need to know about adoption leave.

You may or may not know that adoption leave is treated pretty much the same as maternity leave when it comes to the leave you get and the pay you are entitled too.  However, where we need to pay close attention, is in the arrangements you need to follow to the letter, to make sure you don’t lose your right to claim your adoption leave and your adoption pay.

It is those differences that we take a deep-dive into, in this week’s episode.
