I hope you’re having a positive employment rights week.

This week, we begin our series of podcasts about looking more in-depth at the various types of paid an unpaid time off, by starting with looking at annual leave.

In this week’s episode we look at the rules governing annual leave entitlement for the different types of workers … and also we look briefly at how annual leave is calculated for irregular workers and how employers have to work out what a week’s holiday should be, following a change in the regulations on 06th April 2020.
