I hope you are managing to stay sane, as we move to the 13th week of lockdown.!
This week we have seen increased numbers of people going back to work after the lockdown, and with that comes complaints by workers, that their employers are attempting to alter their contracts, to take account of the new normal working conditions. Now naturally, workers are worried about their employment rights, and what it will mean, if employers push them to accept new working terms or conditions or even changes to their contact. So this week, we’re going to look at employment rights in relation to forced contact changes and how workers are protected by being able to leave their jobs and claim constructive dismissal as a response to their employer’s behaviour.
