Waking up at night - What Would I do?

Question:
Is there a particular reason you may be waking at certain points during the night e.g. I go to bed at 10pm wake up around midnight go back to bed and then can't sleep past 5am - I think I have sleep hygiene down pat, blue blockers, red light on phone, no stimulants past 3pm no eating 2 hour before bed meditation etc. would love any insight.
