Who would have thought that being stressed over a project’s deadline can ever cause you cardiovascular disease YET alone inflammation in your body!
How does this make any sense, it didn’t make any sense to me. The thought that stress can make your body’s inflammation worse, is a strange thought!?
So does that mean if you reduce your stress you can potentially reduce your inflammation and vice versa?
I mean there must be another way to manage your inflammation and stress levels besides pharmaceutical drugs or operations!?
This is why I wanted to look into the link between stress and inflammation and if one makes the other worse
