Let’s talk about Night Shift
Who doesn’t love a good night out till 4am, being served by the bartender, the music pumping from the DJ, the Police placing law and order on the streets, the Ambulance, Nurses, Doctors and Firefighters being on call in case they are needed.
Sounds like a good night out doesn’t it?
Well it does until we look at what night shift does to our body!
All of these individuals are working night shift, and putting their health at risk for US!
With a 24 hour world we are living in shift work serves multiple purposes within the Australian labour market.
Globally, nearly 0.7 billion workers are engaged in a shift work pattern, which may include night shift.
This is why I wanted to look into what night shift work does to your body!
