Did you know that you can’t turn off touch - like you can stop talking or stop listening or stop seeing.
Touch is always there - so it must be important - I guess?
Have you ever thought that something as simple as a touch can help you with your health?
I mean think about the last time you received a hug and how that made you feel.
Think about the last time you touched the hand of a loved one.
Think about the last time someone rubbed your back.
Think about the last time someone jumped on you and hugged you!
I LOVE HUGS!
