Exodus 1-2 Slavery, Genocide, and Banishment

Today we are starting the book of Exodus! We will journey through a brief introduction to the book, and then get through chapters 1-2; learning about Pharaoh's plan to kill off the Israelites, and the brave steps that Moses' mother took to keep her baby boy safe. We will also learn about the early years of Moses while he was raised as an Egyptian in Egypt, and the events that took place which led to his banishment out of the land. Did Moses have any clue that God would one day lead him to deliver his Jewish brethren out of the Egyptian land? We will be covering this, along with many other details in this week's podcast episode. As always there will be many life lessons for us to learn along the way.
