Brock Badgers Women's Basketball Head Coach Mike Rao - The Four Quarters Podcast

Getting two members of the Brock University community on one episode is a big deal!  Host Tyler Bennett (Brock University, '15) is joined by Brock Women's Basketball Head Coach Mike Rao for Episode 14 of the Four Quarters Podcast, powered by Four Quarters Media!  Off the top, Bennett and Rao discuss the 2019-20 season, and the process that ultimately led the Badgers to the 2020 U Sports Women's Basketball National Championship Game.  Rao also shares stories on when he first landed the Head Coaching job, and how he had to convince two of his star players to give it one more shot.  Then, Rao shares some words on the work that Jacob Smith has done to raise awareness and put the Badgers in front of everyone on a consistent basis.  To close the episode, Bennett and Rao discuss the upcoming 2020 CEBL Summer Series, where Rao will be reunited with Charles Kissi with the Guelph Nighthawks.  Plus, he shares his thoughts on coaching alongside his son, current Niagara College Knights Women's Basketball Head Coach Chris Rao.  (MUSIC: bensound.com)
