They discussed some of the principles of motivation as well as the role being results oriented plays in demotivation.
Then they turned their attention to a question posted by one of Tricia’s Facebook group members around dealing with extreme stress. Tricia explained the General Adaptation Syndrome & how prolonged stress affects the mind and body. They then went over several strategies for dealing with extreme stress.
