Niánn, in her custom of using ordinary life events as well as works of art like film and literature to teach spiritual truths, shares about the characters in the film, Three Seasons - a story of redemption set in Saigon, Vietnam.  It is a message of the healing power of divine love which cannot be self-contained and must be unselfishly bestowed.

Van of Urantia discusses the danger of false loyalties and how our perspective is shaped by our level of spiritual ascension.  An exploration on what it takes to “be redeemed” and live in the Holy City.  Walking in the sacred, treating each other with tolerance and respect, having self-control, practicing patience, seeking out advice from our spiritual elders, and forgiving ourselves and others are the beginning steps to redemption and expanded spiritual vision.
