2-28 Maria Bruggere

Hey nerds. The might Maria Bruggere joins me this week. I have been debating whether to release this episode...we had an amazing conversation, but I feel like this one may come back to cancel me. You can tell how flustered I get by the entire conversation because I have a small stroke and forget the name of the current Prophet of my church...oh well. We cover everything from our motivations to do standup to our feelings on Bill Clinton and Maria's soft spot for those of the Mormon persuasion.

Maria is just delightful to talk to, even though we disagree on some aspects of the human experience. She asked some tough, meaningful questions regarding my views on homosexuality and the transgender community. She even hit me with a hypothetical out-of-body experience. The one thing I did not know about Maria was just how politically minded she is. We get into the political weeds a bit near the end of the episode, but managed to remain civil.
