At the time of this recording, it is May - Maternal Mental Health Month. And I'm here to highlight other postpartum moods that affect moms. Most don’t know that Postpartum Depression and Postpartum Anxiety are just two of the “Big 6” perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) that they may experience in the postpartum years. Knowing these moods is key to mindshare self-care not only after birth but also well into motherhood, because these experiences can linger -- especially if left unaddressed.
