I've had several conversations with friend who hear my story (episode 2 of the Graced Health podcast) and say, "wow I wish I knew my calling that clearly."
The truth is it took me a long time to actually listen to that calling and then longer to execute on it. But I also truly believe there are many types of callings. They don't all have to be a Moses-and-the-burning-bush type.
Today I'm digging into the several types of callings I've experienced. While this isn't exactly under the health umbrella, it's something I mention in each and every episode:
"I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach who wants you to know your eating, movement, and body don't have to be perfect; you just need to be able to do what you're called to do."
