Sheila Swaroop is a Partner at Knobbe Martens where she is a registered patent attorney that advises on pre-litigation strategy and enforcement and the litigation of disputes through trial and appeal in district court, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Sheila is also a founding member and current President of the Howard T. Markey Intellectual Property Inn of Court. Barbara Barath is a trial-experienced intellectual property litigator at Kirkland and Ellis where she represents clients in patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters involving a broad range of technologies.
