In this amazing episode, I chat with Kassandra Ingalls who has taught as a kindergarten teacher for 3 years and is currently a K-2 team lead. She quickly pivoted into the position of a teacher leader within weeks and developed a system for a thriving team during the COVID-19 school closure.
