We all prefer to leave things open and not commit. That way we postpone conflict, intimacy and maintain control.
But this vagueness creates personal and relational problems and tensions.
The Solution: being explicitly uncomfortable.
In this talk I explain why we keep it vague and how can we dare to become more uncomfortably explicit. Examples are included from the clinic and my life.
