Expectation is the mother of frustration. Just think about that for a second. You expect something to be there or to happen and when things don’t turn out how you expected, you become frustrated. Eric’s guest today is his amazing wife Leslie. Leslie and Eric are discussing how incorrect expectations can quite often lead to frustration. This holds especially true when it comes to ponds!

• Get down all of your pond ideas and desires on paper
• Sometimes people had expectations outside of the style that Eric provided
• Establish your expectations and build around those
• Many times, client expectations are conflicting and they don’t know it
• Prioritizing the brain dump will help avoid any confusion
• Creating content around pond-building helps manage client expectations
