Luiz Sousa has been investing full time for 14 years. Luiz was looking for a change in lifestyle and wanted to spend more time with his family. So he moved his family from New York to Georgia. With no job he had to somehow make sure his family of five did not go hungry and that bills were paid. He knew he had only one choice: to finally start his real estate investing career. Luiz didn’t have a background in real estate back then but he had attended some workshops on subject to. So he dove right into it and hasn't looked back since.
