Cindy has done everything from restorations to rehabs to subject tos. She started from scratch, not knowing anything and just getting her hands dirty working other people’s renovation projects while building her knowledge up to become an investor. Lisa went from being a banker to a real estate agent before finally settling on being an investor. Both Cindy and Lisa now work together to invest in properties subject to.
