Bill has a CPA, a graduate degree in tax law combined with 30 years of experience in property investment.
Bill shares the steps you need to take to ensure that you’ve done your part to protect your real estate business. He also outlines how to ensure the burden of proof doesn’t fall on you, as an investor or lender, if you’re ever taken to court under the Dodd-Frank Act.
