Wolves are our teachers in this episode on what to do about crippling self-doubt in our careers. Wolves are a critical part of their ecosystems, and they've largely been misunderstood. Their role is to keep grazers like deer moving so that areas of the ecosystem don't become overgrazed. This predator-prey tension is present inside each of us and within our organizations. We can either succumb to the fear of being eaten or embody the wildness of the wolf.
In this month’s episode, I cover:
- Some interesting facts about wolves and their impact on ecosystems
- What it can look like to be run out of your familiar valleys and meadows
- How to snap out of self-doubt and shame and start taking small steps toward what you desire
- Ways to reconnect to the part of you that is wild (meaning: natural)
