But what if your growth exceeds your original expectations and now too many people want your product or service?

Today we went round table style on the lessons we've learned while expanding our individual coaching businesses.

We talk about managing difficult clients, what operational systems we have in place, pricing strategies, etc. and how all of that has evolved for each of us over time.
