It is a really brilliant opportunity to focus on  training as a whole team, evaluating practice and embedding new ideas.
Normally educational facilities can have up to  4 to 5 funded days, the families do not pay for these days. Without this time how would we all come together and work for the best interests and outcomes of the children.?
