Let’s talk about PAIN!
Chronic pain costs an estimated $139 Billion in Australia, mostly through reduced quality of life and productivity losses.
1.6 million which is 1 in 5 Australians aged 45 and over has chronic pain.
GPs are seeing more people for chronic pain patient encounters have risen by 67% in 10 years.
Yearly there are nearly 100,000 hospitalisations involving chronic pain.
NO ON WANTS TO BE IN PAIN
There must be another way to deal with pain and reduce this burden!
This is why I wanted to look into what role our diet has in pain management.
