There’s heavy intense energy moving in fast this week that will be causing anger, aggression and outbursts of violence and we are going to cover how to navigate through it as you stand in your power.

The goal is to stay centered, grounded and secure in your own faith and belief in life.

This week the energy is intense, strong, violent, aggressive and extremely combative.

It’s going to be forcing arguments, causing misunderstandings and promoting a separation between people.

Energy is building giving people power that feeds fear and ego which causes outburst that build more energy. People are giving away their power to the situations instead of taking it back. Relationships can be lost as well as valued connections severed. I see a lot of fighting and harm being done to others.

Business Focus

This week you can have the potential to feel strained and be very distracted and frustrated in your business. That can feel as if you are uninterested and fighting an uphill battle. IT’s just the energy. Clear it and focus back on your business.

This whole month has the focus of giving back and being in gratitude. You need to start doing that right now.

In this Episode I share what can you do to help with this energy.

1. Recognize people are in fear and are reacting.
2. Notice your fear and reactions.
3. See and expand your power.
4. Defuse the situation when you know you won’t be heard.
5. Focus on what you can do.
6. Be kind and spread gratitude.
7. Block out fear and disconnect from what doesn’t feel good.
