With the holidays fastly approaching, I decided that this episode would be entirely dedicated to giving advice on how I personally stay on track during this season.
For those who do face increased concern around this time of year in regards to their health, this episode will act as a guide on how to best manage those stressors and plan ahead for the major events to come. It can be especially hard to prioritize our fitness during the holidays, with all of the added temptations that scrumptious foods and cocktails bring, so I do hope that these tips will help you to navigate your gatherings a little easier.
It’s also important to note that food should not be considered an obstacle around this period and there is no harm in giving yourself the space to indulge in a much-needed feast. However, I do want to offer my perspective on how I control my intake and manage my health during this time.
