With the dumpster fire of year that 2020 has been many of us have developed an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, when you’re working from home you tend to start having that knock off drink earlier and earlier. And in a year where everything has been closed, we have not been able to leave our houses and the world has been bleak it’s understandable. But before the festive season hits and we begin the weekly or fortnightly ritual of break up parties, Christmas parties and end of year celebrations maybe it’s time to take a moment and examine your relationship with Alcohol.
