In recognition of Movember - Men's Health Month this episode of me&my health up is dedicated to Men's Mental Health in saying that the Mental Health tips discussed equally apply to women. Our special guest James Younan works for The Banksia Project which is a Men's Mental Health Charity that seeks to destigmatise and support Men's Mental Health. James shares his story of how he became such a passion advocate for Men's Mental Health and what we should be doing on a daily basis to support a healthy mind. James Younan bio
James' diverse career spans Civil Engineering, Singing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Rugby League & Union, Men’s Mental Health Advocate, Educator and Speaker for The Banksia Project. He featured on SBS television in a 2-Part Series called 'How 'Mad' Are You' and was the lead singer of a Rock band called ‘Cover X’. His qualifications include Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Certificate IV in Fitness and a Certificate IV in Mental Health.
