John Buultjens had a challenging start to life but turned things around thanks to his adoptive parents AND his love of riding BMX bikes. On this special episode of All About Fitness, John shares his story of going from juvenile detention to working for one of the top companies in the BMX industry. Most importantly, John and I talk about developing a passion for a sport that has resulted in each of us developing a relationship with a particular form of exercise that has lasted throughout our adult lives.
