This week I talk about fats.
Good fats are essential to a healthy diet. In fact we refer to them as 'essential' and generally contain high levels of Omega 3.
However it can be confusing with so many different terms, essential fatty acids, Omega 3, good fat, unsaturated fats, saturated fats and trans fats are all things that we hear, but do you understand them?
This week I explain the differences and help you understand which ones you should be eating, where you will find them, and why you should be eating them.
