What You Need to Know About Being Asked to Volunteer in Your Company, During Furlough!

We hope you are managing to keep your spirits up as we reach the first full week of Furlough.

This week we look at everything that’s wrong with employers who expect you to work as a volunteer during lockdown.

If this is happening to you, you will need to raise a grievance about your treatment and it is important that you do this, because if your employer decides to take action against you for not volunteering, you may then have grounds to pursue your employer through your complaint - and later on, through an Employment Tribunal.
