Mark McNeilly is a lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he teaches in the areas of marketing and organizational behavior. He is a former marketing executive whose 30-year career at IBM and Lenovo includes experience in marketing, strategy, and management. McNeilly is the author of three books with Oxford University Press and has been an expert blogger for Fast Company magazine.
