It's that time of the year and we're rolling into Thanksgiving season, and then comes Christmas, and then comes the New Year. It's that time of the year for indulgence and that's known for a lot of women equated to the time when you gain weight, and then we hit New Years, and then the new year's resolutions come out and then the weight loss starts and you know, wash, rinse, repeat, many of us have been familiar with that, that pattern over and over and over again. And so I thought it would be a good thing to record a podcast episode and have a chat about how to succeed during this time.
