They tackle how it’s okay to bring her own snacks and vocalize when she’d like to eat. But, it’s also okay to allow yourself to try the coffee creamer you’re not used to, instead of your usual skim milk — you might end up liking it so much more. Then they talk about some of the foods they’ve realized they don’t love, and Aleen admits to not liking a certain food that will have the DST’ers up in arms.
