Using Sharpfootballstats.com's strength of schedule they cover some teams in the top and bottom 5 for opponent's rushing and passing defensive efficiency. For the passing game they talk about the Ravens, the Dolphins, The Falcons and the Bengals. In the rushing game they go over the Chargers, the Jaguars and the Browns. As always they get into a segment of "I Got 5 On It" and finish off with some quick-snap thoughts on some positive fantasy playoff schedules for certain RB and WR rooms.
