Owain talks to John @J0hnCassidy & Steven @wattinperth about his running journey, and it's one worth hearing, trust us. From a standing start in 2008 Owain has taken his running to the next level, chopping a massive 2 hours plus off his marathon time into the equation.

Our chat focusses on his recent double marathon weekend which not only was a remarkable feat but gave him the chance to raise a stack load of money for 2 charities very close to his heart, Scottish Air Ambulance (https://www.scaa.org.uk/) & Oxford Hospitals (https://www.hospitalcharity.co.uk/)
