What is it like for a man in early years , what was Lee's route into early years?
Being the only male manager in the region how does this feel and how are you inspiring others?
Starting of on a teachers route Lee could not leave early years behind, it kept calling him back.
Lee's family, teachers and tutors all encouraged this route. He met people on his journey who built up his confidence and enabled him to believe in his passion for making a difference in early years. Can people naturally have an in-built ability to be amazing with children?
