After the mass shooting at Parkland, a new law required that every school in the state of Florida had to have someone armed on campus at all times. The cheapest way to fill that requirement? For schools to let their teachers or other staff carry a gun. We take you to two schools in neighboring districts in the first week of school in the midst of new COVID protocols — one that embraces arming staff as the only solution, and one that resists arming staff, only to find themselves boxed into a corner. This is the third episode of a three part series about arming teachers.
