I had the great pleasure to interview Gerry Souter (pen name Alan Souter) and found myself drawn into his fascinating life story. Gerry and his wife have been writing for over twenty years with 50 published books and counting. Their site Avril 1 lists their many works s well as giving some background on Gerry and his wife.
Gerry has had a storied lifetime working as everything from a merchant marine to a photo journalist. He's well traveled and brings his life experiences to his work on his Historical Action Adventure Erotic Romance Novel - A Thread of Sand. When I interviewed Gerry I had just completed 1/3r of A Thread of Sand and was completely engrossed. After the interview, I put everything aside and completed the book. To say I highly recommend it is an understatement.
The history is fascinating, the character development pulls in the reader and yes, the erotica is well written and erotic.
