Noah Brandy is a problem solver, an efficiency engineer by background, real estate investor, property manager, and entrepreneur from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He specializes in identifying ways and processes and has determined that there are a lot of inefficiencies in real estate. By observing his wife and mother-in-law who are tied into the local real estate investor networks in Pittsburgh, and through his own real estate experiences he has learned how to re-evaluate and prosper from a variety of obstacles that may occur.

Building an organization across 41 states and 3 countries, the majority have made up real estate investors, agents, brokers, and even title companies. He saw that there are some holes that need to be addressed. Some companies did a great job, some did not. He believes that we are already in the age of innovation today for every kind of business.

He helps brokers/agents to create more income per transaction where investors increase their CAP rates, property managers made more money per door and traditional business owners reduced overhead costs.
